AFTER ALL is a comedy show about death.
In this celebration of our vulnerable and courageous existence, Solène Weinachter uses storytelling, comedy, dance and theatre to ask – what happens in the end?
Through a series of comedic re-enactments of the funerals of those she’s loved – as well as imagining her own – Solène attempts to create a better space, to be with death, dying and loss.
26 & 27 November // Pay what you can // Blackfriars Priory, GL1 2HN

Beyond AFTER ALL
A space to talk about death // Wednesday 27 November // 4pm // Folk Cafe, Gl1 2PG // Free to attend
This is facilitated time for group conversation to share any experiences, feelings or questions around death. Participants are welcome to discuss any aspects of death and dying that they wish to. People are welcome to just come and listen with no pressure to speak. There will be some time afterwards to drink tea together, and for any further conversation if desired.
It is not a space that offers grief support or counselling, but is inspired by and follows in the tradition of the Death Cafe movement (that began in the UK in 2011) and aims to host informal, respectful and confidential space.
Limited spaces available.
The session can only be attended if you saw ‘After All’. Please contact Jess at info@strikealightfestival.org.uk to book your place.
