Opportunity for Global Majority* practitioners and artists living and working in the Southwest.

Aisha is a Non-Binary, Queer South Asian vocal artist, composer, and workshop facilitator with 20+ years of teaching experience. They lead improvisation and singing workshops focused on bravery, flow, and reclaiming the voice.
Aisha advocates for racial inclusion in the arts. As the founder of Kiota, they support Global Majority artists and work toward decolonising arts spaces.
Aisha has collaborated with companies like Bristol Old Vic, The Tobacco Factory Theatre, Bath Spa University, Little Lost Robot, Beyond The Ridiculous, and The Wardrobe Ensemble.
This training session is for practitioners to develop skills, try new ways of working, share and discuss practice in a safe and welcoming environment.
This is an opportunity to meet peers and new colleagues and build on your knowledge as a practitioner led by a very experienced facilitator.
Bursaries for travel expenses are available, please contact Charlene Olaleye if you would like to apply for one (charlene@strikealightfestival.org.uk)
