This Is How We Do It – Free online sessions exploring different ways of working
Over the past couple of years, many people have asked us about the way we work. At the same time, we’re keen to learn from others who are tackling similar challenges. So, we’re opening up a space for conversation – a chance to share ideas, experiences, and approaches to contemporary arts, cultural events, and even social change, both here in Gloucester and beyond.

Join our Artistic Director Emma Jane and Co-Chairs Rae and Andrew for a conversation about our co-chair model.
They’ll share why we have a board as a charity and how it works, why we chose to move to a co-chair model, what makes it different, the benefits and challenges it brings, how they support each other and what we’ve learned along the way.
There will be the opportunity to share your thoughts and ask any questions you might have.
