Between 16 October and 4 November, prepare to be star-struck – when a stunning replica of the moon takes up ‘space’ in the Nave of Gloucester Cathedral.
UK artist Luke Jerram’s 3D floating artwork Museum of the Moon is a fusion of lunar imagery, moonlight and surround sound composition created by composer Dan Jones.
Things to know
This is not an event with tickets – just turn up! Entry is by donation.
You can come in any time that the Cathedral is open, and stay for as long as you like. There are some times when the Cathedral is closed, or when a service will be taking place, or when a special event is happening.
